"Unlocking the Power of Astrological Timing Techniques: A Guide to Maximizing Your Success"

The most common timing technique in astrology is transits. Whether we are referring to mundane transits that affect everyone or transits to your natal chart, they are the most commonly used. In addition to transits, secondary progressions and solar arcs are also commonly used in modern astrology. Today, I will discuss a couple of lesser-known techniques that, when given proper attention, are incredibly accurate. These techniques are referred to as "Time Lord" techniques, and when I first heard about them, I got really excited because I wanted to be a Time Lord. There are 7 or 8 of these techniques in total, and eventually, I'd like to learn them all. However, it has been said that these two techniques are the most powerful ones, so let's start with them.

Annual perfections.

Annual perfections are relatively simple to use once you understand the concept. The idea is that each year, one planet takes on the role of the "king," known as the Lord of the Year. Transits to this planet or to the house that it rules will carry greater significance.

You start your life in a 1st house year, where the ruling planet is determined as the Lord of the year. On your birthday each year, the Lord of the year changes from the ruler of the 1st house to the ruler of the 2nd house, and so on. This information can be used for timing purposes. When a house is activated in this way, the topics associated with that house will become more prominent.

I love how this technique provides structure to your life. We are all very busy, and it is impossible to focus on all areas of our lives simultaneously. Some years, you may be focused on making money and advancing your career, while other years you may prioritize relationships and your family. This technique allows you to acknowledge that it is not only okay, but energetically correct, to focus on these specific areas in any given year.

Zodiacal Releasing

ZR is the reason why I practice Hellenistic Astrology. It breaks life down into books, chapters, paragraphs, and sentences, revealing the true narrative of one's life, with both highs and lows. At the core of this technique are what ancient astrologers referred to as "lots," which medieval and modern astrologers now call Arabic parts. Ancient astrologers had lots for everything, although today we may not find the lot of lentils relevant. However, the Lot of Fortune is still widely used today.

The calculation of the lots is the starting point for a ZR reading. We can release from three lots: the Lot of Fortune, the Lot of the Moon, and so it's the lot of physical reality, this lot talks about your physical refers to your overall vitality and health matters. The Lot of Spirt is the lot of the Sun and it speaks of your will and the things you want to manifest, such as your career and life direction. This is the most common type of ZR reading. The third lot we can release from is the Lot of Eros, which is associated with Venus and encompasses your love life, activities you do for enjoyment, and friendships.

We often discuss how some individuals reach their peak in high school, while others discover their true potential much later in life. ZR can help identify the specific time periods when you will be most capable of producing exceptional achievements. It can also highlight the moments when you will uncover your true passion, the activity that brings you immense joy and makes work feel effortless.

In looking at the Lot of Eros, we can time out our love life in the same way, Some individuals discover their true love at a young age, while others encounter it during middle age. Additionally, there are those who only find their soulmate later in life, or perhaps decide to forgo romantic relationships altogether. It is worth noting that Venus, the goddess of love, can also influence our friendships and other passionate endeavors.

Last but not least, and I'm sure I've said this before, but when we are looking at timing in astrology, the more an energy shows up in a chart, the more likely that thing is to occur. If we see it in the chart once, that opens the door. If it's in the chart twice, there is a good likelihood of that thing happening. And if we see it a third time, that's a confirmation. Things in your natal chart, transits, perfections, and ZR are all ways that we can see things lining up for a confirmation.
