ENCHANTED LIFE ASTROLOGY · THE ASTROLABE SERIES

The Wanderers

The workbook named the gates. Now meet who is moving through them.

In Hellenistic astrology, the planets are called planetes — wanderers. The houses are fixed: the architecture of your chart, the territory mapped. The planets move through that territory, each one carrying its own nature, its own agenda, its own way of operating inside the gates it occupies.

The houses alone tell you where things happen. The planets tell you how.

Your Rising sign workbook gave you the gates — the twelve territories of your chart, excavated one by one. You answered the questions the chart was already asking. You named what lives in each house. That work is the foundation.

The Wanderers is what you build on top of it.

Take my own chart as the example. I have Mars in Taurus in the 10th house. Taurus is the gardener — patient, methodical, building something that lasts. But Mars is the bull in the china shop. Mars doesn't tend. Mars conquers. Put the two together in the house of career and public life and you get someone who plants things beautifully — and then, when the garden doesn't grow fast enough, burns it down and starts again.

I have done this more times than I care to count.

But here's what understanding the placement also showed me: that same Mars is why I survived for years in a highly competitive industry. Mars in the 10th house doesn't quit. It doesn't back down. It doesn't get intimidated by the competition — it gets energized by it. The drive, the motivation, the refusal to fold — that was Mars too. Working exactly as designed.

The placement wasn't the problem. The aim was.

Once I understood that, everything shifted. I stopped torching the garden and started competing for it instead. And now — building a business from the ground up — is the most Mars in the 10th thing I have ever done. Not destruction. Conquest. Finally aimed at something worth winning.

Understanding your planetary layer doesn't tell you what's wrong with you. It tells you what's actually there — and what becomes possible once you stop fighting it.

The Wanderers is one dedicated hour: your chart's planetary layer placed precisely inside the house work you've already done. Where each planet lives. What it rules from there. Why certain gates have always felt more charged than others — and what to do with that once you know.

WHAT WE COVER

Every planet in your natal chart placed within the gate structure you built in the workbook: the Sun and Moon, the personal planets, the social planets, and the outers. Each one considered in its sign, its house, its relationship to the others.

This is not a reread of your chart from scratch. It is the planetary layer added to the house layer you already hold. The two together give you the complete picture — the territory and the wanderers moving through it.
